At Pars essentials, we want you to love your rug. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

The rug must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

It must be returned with original tags, packaging, and any accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or made-to-order rugs

Clearance or final sale items

Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at puffersotllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to us.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at puffersotllc@gmail.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original rug and place a new order.
