Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional time; estimated production timelines will be provided at checkout.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates and delivery times are based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £25 within the United Kingdom. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or missing:

  1. First check the tracking number provided in your email.

  2. If it’s been more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@parsessentials.com.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed.


Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at puffersotllc@gmail.com with your order number and images.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
